Oasis Mental Health Centers (oasismhcenters.com) is expanding our clinical services beyond TMS and SpravatoŽ treatments to include comprehensive psychiatric medication management. We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team and pilot this new program at our Paramus, NJ office.

The ideal candidate is patient-centered, collaborative, and motivated to help shape a growing service line within a supportive and innovative mental health practice.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for patients undergoing interventinoal psychiatry or requiring medication management.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to program development as we expand medication management services.

Qualifications:

• Licensed in New Jersey as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Advanced Practice Nurse with psychiatric certification.
• DEA license with prescriptive authority.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric medication management strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary mental health team.
